What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must begin operations within 45 days after the Principal Owner successfully completes the Initial Training Program. The FDD specifies that operations are deemed to have begun when the Principal Owners have completed the training, all necessary licenses and permits are obtained, proof of insurance is provided, all required materials and supplies are acquired, and the franchisee is in full compliance with the franchise agreement.

This requirement ensures that franchisees promptly implement what they learned during training and start generating revenue for both themselves and Buildingstars. Failing to meet this deadline could potentially lead to a breach of the franchise agreement.

It is important for prospective Buildingstars franchisees to understand these requirements and plan accordingly to ensure they can meet all the conditions for beginning operations within the specified timeframe. This includes securing necessary permits and insurance, purchasing required supplies, and ensuring full compliance with the franchise agreement.
