- c. Application of Payments. FRANCHISEE agrees to immediately deliver to BUILDINGSTARS any and all money collected from its Customers.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Buildingstars is obligated to offer customer accounts to franchisees within a specific timeframe. Specifically, Buildingstars must offer customer accounts that would generate at least $1,000 in Monthly Contract Revenues within ninety (90) days after the franchisee begins operation of the business.
After Buildingstars offers the franchisee customer accounts totaling $1,000 in Monthly Contract Revenues, Buildingstars' obligations are satisfied, regardless of whether the franchisee accepts the accounts. The franchisee then follows the procedures outlined in the Confidential Operations Manual to accept or reject the offered customer accounts.
It's important to note that Buildingstars may offer new or increased customer accounts if the franchisee is in full compliance with the franchise agreement, provides satisfactory service to existing customers, and the franchisee's Monthly Contract Revenue does not exceed $5,000 per month. However, Buildingstars is under no obligation to offer new customer accounts or increase existing ones. The franchisee also has the right to return any customer account to Buildingstars with at least ten (10) days' prior written notice, without receiving any compensation for doing so.
