What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are two tables that provide information on the number of outlets. One table includes information from Buildingstars International, Inc. and its subsidiaries, while the other includes combined information from Buildingstars and all of Buildingstars International's master franchisees.
According to the first table, at the start of 2023, Buildingstars had a total of 968 outlets, consisting of 956 franchised outlets and 12 company-owned outlets.
According to the second table, at the start of 2023, Buildingstars had a total of 921 outlets, consisting of 909 franchised outlets and 12 company-owned outlets. It is important for a prospective franchisee to understand the difference between these two tables and which one is most relevant to their investment decision.
