What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you are purchasing a Technician Program franchise, you have the option to buy a start-up package of equipment and supplies from one of Buildingstars' affiliates. This purchase would occur when you sign the Franchise Agreement. The price range for this start-up package is between $1,000 and $1,050.

Regarding payment options, you can either pay the full amount of the start-up package at the time of purchase or opt for a payment plan. The payment plan requires a down payment of $100 when you sign the Franchise Agreement, with the remaining balance paid in three equal monthly installments.

Buildingstars will withhold these monthly payments from the billings they collect on your behalf and then pay their affiliate for you. This arrangement simplifies the payment process for the franchisee, as Buildingstars manages the funds directly from the revenue generated by the franchisee's business.
