What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to take necessary actions to ensure fair treatment of customers by their employees. Specifically, Buildingstars franchisees must ensure their employees provide services in an honest, ethical, and nondiscriminatory manner.
This obligation extends to not withholding any material information from customers and refraining from selling services that the franchisee believes are unnecessary. This ensures transparency and prevents franchisees from taking advantage of customers.
These requirements are part of the contractual obligations outlined in the FDD, emphasizing Buildingstars's commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and ethical business practices across its franchise network. A prospective franchisee should consider these obligations to ensure they are prepared to meet these standards in their daily operations.
