What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with any changes to the Buildingstars marks. Buildingstars retains the right to modify these marks at any time and for any reason they deem appropriate.
This means that if Buildingstars decides to update its logo, branding, or other proprietary marks, the franchisee must promptly implement these changes and bear the financial burden of doing so. These costs could include new signage, marketing materials, uniforms, or any other items displaying the outdated marks.
This requirement places a potentially significant financial responsibility on the franchisee, as these changes could be frequent or costly. A prospective franchisee should consider this potential expense when evaluating the Buildingstars franchise opportunity and inquire about the likelihood and potential costs of such changes.
