What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Buildingstars is obligated to provide initial training to one of the Principal Owners and one other person. This training program is designed to cover the operation of the Buildingstars business using the System and Marks.
The initial training is provided after the Franchise Agreement is executed but before the business opens. The training will occur at a time and place designated by Buildingstars. The franchisee is responsible for covering all transportation, lodging, meals, and other related expenses for themselves and their employees attending the training program.
It's important to note that if the Principal Owner does not satisfactorily complete the training program, Buildingstars retains the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement. However, successful completion of the training program does not guarantee the success of the Buildingstars business. This highlights the importance of thorough preparation and commitment to the Buildingstars system, but also acknowledges that external factors can influence the ultimate success of the franchise.
