Provide you a list of the necessary equipment and supplies you need to begin your business in the Technician Program. The equipment and supplies may be available for sale by our Affiliates. You may also purchase these items from any supplier who provides the products which meet our standards as described in the Manual (defined below). None of the equipment needs to be installed. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, you are not required to purchase the necessary equipment and supplies to begin your Buildingstars Technician Program business from Buildingstars' affiliates. Buildingstars will provide a list of the necessary equipment and supplies.
However, the FDD states that the equipment and supplies may be available for sale by Buildingstars' affiliates. You have the option to purchase these items from any supplier, as long as the products meet Buildingstars' standards, which are described in the Confidential Operations Manual.
This flexibility allows you to shop around for the best prices and potentially build relationships with local suppliers. However, it also means you are responsible for ensuring that any equipment and supplies you purchase meet Buildingstars' standards, as outlined in the manual.
