If the franchise will be owned by a corporation or partnership or limited liability company, "you" and "your" also mean the owners of the corporation or partners of the partnership or members of the limited liability company and their spouses. "Business" means the cleaning business that you will operate under the Franchise Agreement.
We do business under our corporate name and "Buildingstars." You will do business under the fictitious or assumed name of "Buildingstars" or any other name that we decide to use in the future.
