Continuing Advisory Assistance.
BUILDINGSTARS will make available such continuing advisory assistance in the operation of the franchise, rendered in such manner and available from time to time, as BUILDINGSTARS may deem appropriate.
BUILDINGSTARS reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for such assistance as well as to be compensated for any travel expenses including but not limited to transportation, lodging, meals and other expenses BUILDINGSTARS' employees incur providing such Advisory Assistance.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Buildingstars will offer continuing advisory assistance to franchisees. Buildingstars will provide this assistance in the operation of the franchise, rendered in a manner and available from time to time as Buildingstars deems appropriate.
Buildingstars maintains the right to charge a reasonable fee for this assistance. Additionally, Buildingstars may require compensation for any travel expenses incurred by its employees while providing advisory assistance. These expenses include, but are not limited to, transportation, lodging, and meals.
This means that while Buildingstars franchisees can expect to receive ongoing support, they should also be prepared to potentially pay for this assistance, as well as cover any travel-related costs incurred by Buildingstars' employees when providing the support.
