What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for covering the expenses associated with refresher training programs. Specifically, the franchisee must pay for all transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses incurred by themselves and their employees when attending these programs.

In addition to covering these direct costs, Buildingstars retains the right to charge a reasonable fee for the refresher training programs themselves. This means that franchisees should budget not only for travel and accommodation but also for potential training fees charged by Buildingstars.

This arrangement is fairly typical in franchising, where franchisees often bear the costs of ongoing training to ensure consistent brand standards and service quality. Prospective Buildingstars franchisees should consider these potential expenses when evaluating the overall cost of the franchise and factor them into their financial projections.
