What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Buildingstars will provide franchisees with the minimum amount of cleaning accounts needed to generate the Monthly Contract Revenue selected by the franchisee. This is documented in the Franchise Agreement, specifically in paragraph V and Exhibit I.

This means that when a prospective franchisee signs the Franchise Agreement with Buildingstars, they will select a specific Monthly Contract Revenue target. Buildingstars is then obligated to provide the franchisee with enough cleaning accounts to meet that revenue target. The exact number of accounts needed will vary depending on the size and profitability of each account.

It's important for potential Buildingstars franchisees to carefully consider their desired Monthly Contract Revenue and ensure it aligns with their operational capabilities and financial goals. Franchisees should also understand how Buildingstars determines the allocation of accounts and what recourse they have if the initial allocation does not meet the agreed-upon revenue target. Further, franchisees may be able to obtain additional customer accounts if they are interested in servicing them.
