What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the New Customer Accounts Offering Period (NCA Offering Period) is the time Buildingstars has to provide new customer accounts to a franchisee who requests them and pays the Account Sales Fee. Buildingstars will use its best efforts to provide these new accounts within 90 days of the request and payment. For each additional $1,000 of new customer accounts requested, Buildingstars gets an additional 30 days to fulfill the request.
For example, if a Buildingstars franchisee requests $2,000 in new monthly contract revenue, the initial offering period is 90 days. Because the franchisee requested an additional $1,000 beyond the first $1,000, Buildingstars gets an additional 30 days to provide those accounts.
Therefore, the total New Customer Accounts Offering Period for a Buildingstars franchisee requesting $2,000 in new monthly contract revenue would be 120 days (90 days + 30 days). This timeframe represents Buildingstars' best effort to fulfill the request, but it is not a guarantee.
