What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the New Customer Accounts Offering Period, or NCA Offering Period, begins when the franchisee submits a request for new customer accounts and pays the Account Sales Fee. Buildingstars will then try to provide these new customer accounts within 90 days.
For each additional $1,000 of new customer accounts requested, Buildingstars has an additional 30 days to fulfill the request beyond the initial 90 days. This timeframe applies as long as the franchisee is in full compliance with the terms of the Franchise Agreement. However, Buildingstars is not obligated to offer new customer accounts or increase existing customer accounts.
This offering period is distinct from the "Initial Customer Accounts Offering Period" or "ICA Offering Period", which applies to the initial customer accounts offered to a new franchisee. The ICA Offering Period begins with the start of operations as described in Section VII.A of the Buildingstars Franchise Agreement.
