What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the New Customer Accounts Offering Period, or NCA Offering Period, begins when a franchisee requests new customer accounts and pays the Account Sales Fee. Buildingstars will then use its best efforts to provide these new customer accounts within ninety (90) days of the request and payment.
Buildingstars also has additional thirty (30) day periods after the initial ninety (90) days to provide the new customer accounts for each additional $1,000 of new customer accounts.
This means that a Buildingstars franchisee can expect the process of receiving new customer accounts to begin once they have formally requested them and paid the associated fees, with a target delivery timeframe that extends based on the value of the accounts requested.
