Buildingstars Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

We offer three types of franchise programs: the Technician Program (the Franchise Agreement is attached as Exhibit A), the On-Site Manager Program (the Franchise Agreement is attached as Exhibit B) and the Corporate Program (the Franchise Agreement is attached as Exhibit C). Generally, you will begin with the Technician Program and as your Business grows, you may want to advance to the On-Site Manager Program and finally, the Corporate Program. These three programs have different fee structures which are discussed in Items 5 and 6 below and are operated in the following manner:

The Technician Program is for individuals who want to get into the cleaning business with relatively low overhead and want to provide the cleaning services in smaller buildings themselves. With this type of franchise program, you cannot hire any additional employees, but instead you are required to do all of the cleaning yourself. Each person who performs services must sign as the "Franchisee." No more than 2 persons may be named as the "Franchisee". Since you provide the cleaning personally, the size of Customer Accounts you can service is relatively small.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Agreement attached as Exhibit B is for the On-Site Manager Program. Buildingstars offers three franchise programs: the Technician Program (Exhibit A), the On-Site Manager Program (Exhibit B), and the Corporate Program (Exhibit C).

The On-Site Manager Program is designed for franchisees who are still involved in cleaning accounts but are expanding into larger buildings by hiring employees, typically a team of 3 to 7, to clean multiple buildings. This program is often the next step for franchisees who have found success with the Technician Program and wish to grow their business by adding employees.

Understanding the different franchise programs and their corresponding agreements is crucial for prospective Buildingstars franchisees. Each program has its own fee structure and operational requirements, so it's important to carefully review the details of each agreement before making a decision.
