What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Management Fee is due monthly, specifically by the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following the month in which the sales were invoiced. For instance, the Management Fee for February's sales is payable by March 15th.

This means that as a Buildingstars franchisee, you have a 15-day grace period after the end of each month to remit the Management Fee. This fee is calculated as a percentage of your Gross Sales, providing a direct relationship between your revenue and this particular expense.

Buildingstars withholds the Management Fee from the billings it collects on behalf of the franchisee. This simplifies the payment process for the franchisee, as Buildingstars handles the deduction directly from the collected revenue, as described in Section VI.D of the Franchise Agreement. The Management Fee is non-refundable.
