What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must generate a minimum of $20,000 in Monthly Contract Revenue to meet the Minimum Revenue Requirement. This requirement begins in the 13th month of operating the Buildingstars business and continues for the remainder of the franchise agreement term.
If a Buildingstars franchisee fails to meet this minimum revenue requirement in any month, Buildingstars has the right to modify the franchisee's area or even terminate the agreement. Importantly, Buildingstars can take these actions without providing the franchisee an opportunity to correct the deficiency.
This minimum revenue requirement is a critical aspect of the Buildingstars franchise agreement. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider their ability to meet this threshold within the specified timeframe, as failure to do so could have significant consequences, including potential loss of their franchise.
