What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program covers two individuals. Buildingstars provides initial training for one of the Principal Owners and one additional person.
This means that when a franchisee starts with Buildingstars, the core training to learn the business operations is designed for two people. This could be beneficial for franchisees who plan to have a partner or key employee involved from the outset, allowing them to share the learning experience and responsibilities.
However, the franchisee is responsible for covering all transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses for themselves and their employees while attending the training program. Also, if the Principal Owner does not satisfactorily complete the training program, Buildingstars has the right to terminate the franchise agreement. Satisfactory completion of the training program does not guarantee the success of the business.
