What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there were two different reports on the number of outlets at the start of 2022. One table shows that Buildingstars had 920 franchised outlets and 9 company-owned outlets, for a total of 929 outlets at the start of 2022. Another table shows that Buildingstars had 807 franchised outlets and 9 company-owned outlets, for a total of 816 outlets at the start of 2022.
It is important to note that the FDD contains multiple tables with different counts of outlets. Table 1, titled "Our Systemwide Outlet Summary," accounts for company-owned and franchised units, but does not include franchisees of Buildingstars International, Inc.'s master franchisees. Table 6, titled "Systemwide Outlet Summary," contains the combined information from Buildingstars and all of Buildingstars International's master franchisees.
Prospective franchisees should carefully review Item 20 in its entirety and request clarification from Buildingstars on which table provides the most accurate representation of the current outlet numbers and the reasons for the discrepancies between the tables.
