What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are two tables provided that detail the number of franchised outlets.
Table 1, titled "Our Systemwide Outlet Summary," indicates that Buildingstars had 1,060 franchised outlets at the start of 2024. This table includes company-owned and franchised units but excludes franchisees of Buildingstars International, Inc.'s master franchisees.
Table 6, titled "Systemwide Outlet Summary," provides combined information from Buildingstars and all of Buildingstars International's master franchisees. This table indicates that there were 1,121 franchised outlets at the start of 2024.
