What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there were two different counts of franchised outlets at the start of 2022.
According to Table 1, at the start of 2022, there were 920 franchised Buildingstars outlets. This table includes all company-owned and franchised units but does not include franchisees of Buildingstars International, Inc.'s master franchisees.
According to Table 6, at the start of 2022, there were 807 franchised Buildingstars outlets. This table contains the combined information from Buildingstars and all of Buildingstars International's master franchisees.
A prospective franchisee should clarify with Buildingstars which table is most representative of the current franchise system.
