According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there were 1,251 franchised outlets at the end of 2024, according to Table 1, which includes company-owned and franchised units but does not include franchisee of Buildingstars International, Inc.'s master franchisees.
Alternatively, Table 6, which contains the combined information from Buildingstars and all of Buildingstars International's master franchisees, indicates that there were 1,179 franchised outlets at the end of 2024.
It is important to note the distinction between these two figures. The first represents outlets managed directly by Buildingstars, while the second includes those managed by master franchisees. A prospective franchisee should clarify with Buildingstars which table is most representative of the franchise opportunity they are considering and understand the role and impact of master franchisees in their target territory.
