What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there were two different counts of franchised outlets at the end of 2023. Table 1 shows 1,121 franchised outlets at the end of 2023. The second table shows 1,060 franchised outlets at the end of 2023.
It is important to note that the tables include a disclaimer that the information is for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2024. However, the tables themselves include data for the years 2022, 2023, and 2024. The tables also state that they do not include franchisees of Buildingstars International, Inc.'s master franchisees.
A prospective franchisee should seek clarification from Buildingstars on why there are two different counts of the number of franchised outlets and which count is the more accurate representation of the franchise system.
