What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program includes 1 hour of classroom training on office cleaning, including restrooms. This training takes place at the Regional Office. In addition to the classroom training, Buildingstars also provides 1 hour of on-the-job training for office cleaning, including restrooms.
Prospective franchisees should note that the training program is mandatory for the principal owner and one employee. While Buildingstars does not charge for the initial training for these two individuals, franchisees are responsible for covering wages, travel, and living expenses during the training period. Additional employees can be trained for a reasonable fee.
