both mailed and faxed to delinquent Customers on a monthly basis for such time as BUILDINGSTARS deems appropriate.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Customer Accounts Offering Period, or ICA Offering Period, is the time frame in which Buildingstars will offer initial customer accounts to a franchisee. This period begins when the franchisee starts operations, as described in Section VII.A of the agreement. Buildingstars is obligated to offer initial customer accounts totaling at least $10,000.
The length of the ICA Offering Period is determined by the amount of monthly contract revenue associated with the customer accounts. The initial 90 days are allocated for the first $3,000 in contract revenue. For each additional $1,000 in monthly contract revenue, Buildingstars has an additional 30 days to provide the new customer accounts.
For a prospective Buildingstars franchisee, this means that the time it takes to receive the initial set of customer accounts depends on the total monthly contract revenue they are aiming for. The franchisee must begin operations within 45 days after completing the Initial Training Program, and the ICA Offering Period dictates how long Buildingstars has to provide the initial customer accounts.
