Is the Buildingstars initial training program mandatory for the principal owner?

We provide an initial training program for you as principal owner, and one employee to attend and satisfactorily complete. Any additional employees will be trained for a reasonable fee. All of the designated training for you is mandatory. You (or your principal owner) and your employee must attend the Initial Training Program promptly after the execution of the Franchise Agreement and you must satisfactorily complete it before you open your Business.
The Initial Training Program will take place at one of our corporate offices which are located in St. Louis County, MO, Phoenix, AZ, Tampa, FL, Atlanta, GA Chicago, IL, Overland Park, KS, East Brunswick, NJ, Charlotte, NC, Raleigh-Durham, NC, Pittsburgh, PA, Nashville, TN, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, or San Antonio, TX ("Regional Office") depending on which office is closer to you. The Initial Training Program will be for a period of approximately 4 hours for the Technician Program, 13 hours for the On-Site Manager Program, and 21 hours for the Corporate Program. However, if you are already a
franchisee under one program and you purchase a franchise for another program, your training will be limited to those training areas which you have not previously taken. Although we do not charge for two people (the principal owner and one employee) to take the Initial Training Program, you are responsible for wages, travel and living expenses for you and your employees.
