What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program is provided after the Franchise Agreement is executed and before the Buildingstars business opens. The training will be furnished at a time and place designated by Buildingstars.

The franchisee is responsible for covering all expenses related to attending the initial training program, including transportation, lodging, and meals. If a franchisee fails to satisfactorily complete the training program, Buildingstars reserves the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement. However, successful completion of the training program does not guarantee the success of the Buildingstars business.

Buildingstars may also offer additional or refresher training programs periodically, with the franchisee bearing the costs of attending these programs, and Buildingstars having the right to charge a reasonable fee for such refresher training. This is fairly typical in the franchise industry, as franchisors want to ensure franchisees are up-to-date on the latest techniques and standards. Franchisees should factor in these potential ongoing training costs when evaluating the Buildingstars franchise opportunity.
