What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Buildingstars, Inc. licenses the right to use and sublicense the "Marks" to Buildingstars Management, Inc. These "Marks" are then sublicensed to the franchisee.
Buildingstars Management, Inc. offers three types of franchise programs: the Technician Program, the On-Site Manager Program, and the Corporate Program. Each program allows the franchisee to operate a business that provides cleaning services to commercial premises. These services include janitorial services, restroom sanitation, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, waxing, buffing, trash removal, carpet cleaning, and related services for commercial offices and other types of buildings.
The franchisee must operate their business in accordance with the System and Marks as defined in the Franchise Agreement. Buildingstars or its affiliates may change, improve, modify, and further develop the services provided from time to time. The franchisee is responsible for complying with all laws and licensing requirements related to the operation of their business and should consult an attorney regarding applicable laws and regulations.
