What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with any changes to the Marks. Buildingstars retains the right to modify these Marks at any time and for any reason they deem appropriate.
This means that if Buildingstars decides to update its logos, branding, or other identifying marks, the franchisee will be required to pay for the necessary changes to signage, marketing materials, and any other items that display the old Marks. This could potentially involve significant expenses, depending on the extent of the changes and the amount of branded material the franchisee possesses.
Prospective franchisees should consider this potential cost when evaluating the Buildingstars franchise opportunity. It would be prudent to inquire about the likelihood and frequency of such changes, as well as the potential costs involved, to better prepare for this financial responsibility. Understanding Buildingstars's history of brand updates and their approach to supporting franchisees during such transitions is crucial for making an informed investment decision.
