What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee does not satisfactorily complete the initial training program, Buildingstars retains the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement. This initial training is provided after the agreement is executed but before the business opens, at a location and time designated by Buildingstars.
It is important to note that the franchisee is responsible for covering all expenses associated with attending the initial training program, including transportation, lodging, and meals. While satisfactory completion of the training is required, Buildingstars states that it does not guarantee the success of the business.
Buildingstars also offers refresher training programs periodically, with the franchisee bearing the costs of attending these programs as well. Buildingstars may also charge a reasonable fee for the refresher training. Additionally, Buildingstars will provide ongoing advisory assistance for franchise operations, charging fees and covering travel expenses for this assistance as deemed appropriate.
