What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Green Sky Franchise Group, Inc. is an affiliate of Buildingstars. Facility Brands, Inc. became the holding company and parent for Buildingstars Management, Inc. (the franchisor), Buildingstars International, Inc. (the parent company), Buildingstars, Inc., and Green Sky Franchise Group, Inc. in early 2012. Green Sky Franchise Group, Inc. was initially created to sell "Green Sky Cleaning Supply" franchises starting in September 2009, but it is no longer offering or selling them.
Green Sky Southwest, Inc., which operates under the name Green Sky Cleaning Supply, sells cleaning supplies and equipment to some Buildingstars franchisees. This means that while Green Sky Franchise Group, Inc. itself doesn't directly offer franchises anymore, its sister company, Green Sky Southwest, Inc., still interacts with the Buildingstars franchise system by providing supplies.
For a prospective franchisee, this relationship indicates a network of affiliated companies under Facility Brands, Inc. that support the Buildingstars franchise. While Green Sky Franchise Group, Inc.'s initial franchise offering is discontinued, the presence of Green Sky Southwest, Inc. as a supplier suggests a potential source for cleaning supplies and equipment. It's important for potential franchisees to understand the terms and conditions of purchasing supplies from Green Sky Southwest, Inc., including pricing, quality, and any obligations or incentives tied to using this supplier.
