What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's business dealings must adhere to high professional standards. Specifically, all business activities are expected to be conducted with honesty, integrity, fair dealing, and ethical conduct. Furthermore, franchisees must avoid any actions that could discredit or harm the reputation of Buildingstars, its other franchisees, or its affiliates. Franchisees are also obligated to fulfill their contractual duties faithfully, honestly, and diligently, while actively promoting and enhancing the business.

In addition to these general ethical guidelines, Buildingstars franchisees have specific obligations regarding customer interactions. Franchisees must treat all customers fairly, providing services in an honest, ethical, and nondiscriminatory manner. They are prohibited from withholding important information from customers or attempting to sell unnecessary services. This emphasis on ethical conduct extends to advertising practices, where franchisees must avoid deceptive or misleading advertisements and only make promises or guarantees authorized by Buildingstars.

These requirements reflect Buildingstars's commitment to maintaining a positive brand image and ensuring consistent service quality across all franchise locations. By adhering to these standards, franchisees contribute to the overall reputation and success of the Buildingstars network. Failure to comply with these ethical and operational standards could potentially lead to breaches of the franchise agreement and subsequent penalties.
