What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to continuously and prominently display the Marks in connection with their Business. The FDD specifies that franchisees must not take any action that could negatively impact the public image of Buildingstars, the Business, the System, or the Marks. Additionally, franchisees are prohibited from displaying any unauthorized business names or services at their Business location.
This requirement ensures brand consistency and visibility, which are crucial for maintaining Buildingstars's reputation and attracting customers. By prominently displaying the Marks, franchisees contribute to the overall brand recognition and customer trust. This also prevents confusion among customers and reinforces the association between the services provided and the Buildingstars brand.
Failure to comply with these standards could result in a breach of the franchise agreement. Buildingstars retains the right to enforce these standards to protect its brand and the integrity of the franchise system. Therefore, it is essential for prospective franchisees to understand and adhere to these requirements to maintain a successful and compliant Buildingstars franchise.
