FRANCHISEE shall use all equipment, products and supplies in the operation of the Business that meet BUILDINGSTARS' standards and specifications as set forth in the Confidential Operations Manual. FRANCHISEE must purchase the required equipment and supplies in order to begin operation of the Business. This start-up equipment and supplies may be purchased from BUILDINGSTARS or its Affiliate.
