What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are explicitly prohibited from taking any actions that could harm the brand's public image. The agreement states that franchisees must continuously and prominently display the Buildingstars' marks in connection with their business.
Specifically, the FDD emphasizes that franchisees will not take or fail to take any action that might detract from the public image of Buildingstars, the business, the system, or the marks. Furthermore, franchisees are not allowed to display any unauthorized business names or services at their business location.
This provision ensures that all Buildingstars franchisees maintain a consistent and positive brand image, which is crucial for customer trust and overall business success.
