What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is not allowed to withhold material information from customers. The agreement states that franchisees must ensure their employees treat customers fairly, honestly, ethically, and without discrimination.

Specifically, Buildingstars franchisees are prohibited from withholding any material information from their customers. They are also barred from attempting to sell services that they believe, in good faith, are not needed by the customer. This requirement ensures transparency and ethical conduct in all customer interactions.

This provision protects customers and maintains the integrity of the Buildingstars brand.
