What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are explicitly prohibited from withholding material information from customers. The agreement mandates that franchisees and their employees must treat customers fairly, providing services honestly, ethically, and without discrimination. This requirement ensures transparency and builds trust between the franchisee, their staff, and the customers they serve.
Furthermore, Buildingstars franchisees are not allowed to sell services to customers that they believe are unnecessary. This stipulation aims to prevent franchisees from taking advantage of customers by pushing services that do not provide genuine value. By adhering to this ethical standard, franchisees are expected to maintain the integrity of the Buildingstars brand and foster long-term customer relationships.
These requirements reflect Buildingstars's commitment to ethical business practices and customer satisfaction. Franchisees must ensure their operations align with these standards to avoid potential breaches of the franchise agreement. This commitment to transparency and ethical conduct is intended to protect both the customer and the reputation of the Buildingstars franchise system.
