What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must obtain consent from Buildingstars before advertising their services or using Buildingstars' marks on the internet. This requirement means that a prospective Buildingstars franchisee cannot independently create and launch online advertising campaigns without prior approval from the franchisor. While Buildingstars does not require franchisees to participate in local or regional advertising cooperatives, any advertising initiated by the franchisee, including online advertising, is subject to Buildingstars' approval.
