What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be able to finance equipment purchases through supplier credit. For the Technician Program, the initial investment for equipment ranges from $1,000 to $3,000. For other programs, such as the one with monthly contract revenue of $2,000, equipment costs range from $1,200 to $3,000. For the program with monthly contract revenue of $10,000, equipment costs range from $2,500 to $5,000.
The method of payment for equipment can be either a lump sum or credit through a supplier. Payments are due as incurred and prior to opening the Buildingstars franchise. Payments are made to the suppliers, Buildingstars, or its affiliates.
It is important to note that the amount and type of cleaning equipment needed will depend on the type of franchise program purchased and will be included in the Confidential Operations Manual. All franchisees are required to have cellular telephones and an email account to maintain 24-hour contact with Buildingstars, and these can be purchased or leased from any source. Buildingstars does not offer direct or indirect financing to franchisees for any items except the Initial Franchise Fee and the Account Sales Fee.
