What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimated cost for equipment varies depending on the franchise program. For the basic franchise, the equipment costs range from $1,000 to $3,000. For a franchise with $10,000 in Monthly Contract Revenue, the equipment costs range from $2,500 to $5,000. For a franchise with $2,000 in Monthly Contract Revenue, the equipment costs range from $1,200 to $3,000.
These costs cover the necessary cleaning equipment, which is detailed in the Confidential Operations Manual and may be purchased as a start-up package from Buildingstars or its affiliates if you purchase a Technician Program franchise. All franchisees must also have cellular telephones and an email account to maintain 24-hour contact with Buildingstars, which can be obtained from any source.
The method of payment for equipment is either a lump sum or via credit through a supplier. Payment is due as incurred and prior to opening the franchise. Payments are made to the suppliers, Buildingstars, or its affiliates. It is important to note that Buildingstars does not offer direct or indirect financing to franchisees for equipment costs.
