According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are restricted from soliciting Buildingstars' service providers for one year after the franchise agreement's transfer, expiration, or termination. This restriction applies regardless of the reason for termination or upon the entry of a final court order enforcing this covenant, whichever is later.
Specifically, the franchisee (and their relatives or associates) cannot contact or solicit any Buildingstars service provider to induce them to terminate or alter their relationship with Buildingstars, its affiliates, or other franchisees. This includes employment, engagement, franchise, or other business relationships.
This non-solicitation clause is designed to protect Buildingstars' relationships with its service providers, preventing franchisees from poaching these providers for their own ventures or other competing businesses. This restriction is in place to maintain the stability and continuity of Buildingstars' service network. A franchisee found in violation of this provision could face legal action and other remedies available to Buildingstars.
