What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, before you open your Buildingstars business, the company will designate your exclusive territory, referred to as the "Area." The specific terms defining your Area will be mutually agreed upon between you and Buildingstars before you sign the Franchise Agreement. This agreement is further detailed in paragraph II.A and Exhibit I of the Franchise Agreement.

This means that prospective Buildingstars franchisees have the opportunity to negotiate and define their business area before committing to the franchise. This negotiation is a crucial step, as the Area determines the franchisee's exclusive rights to operate and solicit business. The FDD specifies that the business may be operated from the franchisee's home, which can reduce overhead costs.

It is important for potential franchisees to carefully consider the factors that will influence the success of their Buildingstars franchise within the designated Area. These factors may include population density, the number of businesses, and the level of competition. Prospective franchisees should discuss these factors with Buildingstars during the negotiation process to ensure that the Area provides sufficient opportunity for growth and profitability. Reviewing paragraph II.A and Exhibit I of the Franchise Agreement is essential to fully understand the terms and conditions related to the designated Area.
