What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a new franchisee (or the principal owner) and their employee must attend the Initial Training Program promptly after signing the Franchise Agreement. This training must be satisfactorily completed before the franchisee opens their Buildingstars business.
Buildingstars estimates that the time between signing the Franchise Agreement and opening the business is approximately one month. However, if a franchisee does not begin operations within 45 days after signing the Franchise Agreement, Buildingstars has the right to terminate the agreement.
Therefore, to avoid potential termination of the Franchise Agreement, a new Buildingstars franchisee must complete the Initial Training Program and begin business operations within 45 days of signing the agreement.
