According to Buildingstars' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the classroom training for policies and procedures is held at the Regional Office. This applies to the Technician Program.
The FDD specifies that the initial training program will take place at one of Buildingstars' corporate offices, referred to as a "Regional Office." These offices are located in various cities including St. Louis County, MO, Phoenix, AZ, Tampa, FL, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, Overland Park, KS, East Brunswick, NJ, Charlotte, NC, Raleigh-Durham, NC, Pittsburgh, PA, Nashville, TN, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, or San Antonio, TX. The specific location will depend on which office is closer to the franchisee.
For the Technician Program, the policies and procedures training consists of 0.5 hours of classroom instruction. This training is mandatory for the principal owner and one employee, although Buildingstars does not charge for these two individuals to attend.
