What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Buildingstars does not assume liability if a franchisee participates in the insurance program. Buildingstars makes the insurance program available to qualified franchisees at its sole discretion.

If a Buildingstars franchisee elects to participate in the insurance program, they must pay an Insurance Program Fee monthly. This fee is currently 3.5% of Gross Sales from the Business but is subject to change. Buildingstars withholds this fee from the billings it collects for the franchisee. The Insurance Program Fee is non-refundable.

Buildingstars retains the right to change, modify, or discontinue the Insurance Program at any time. Buildingstars also reserves the right to terminate a franchisee's participation in the Insurance Program with prior written notice for any reason, including failure to comply with the terms of the Franchise Agreement. Therefore, franchisees should carefully consider the terms and conditions of the insurance program and their own insurance needs.
