What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buildingstars's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the address for providing notice to Buildingstars can be changed. The FDD specifies that notices must be in writing and sent via registered or certified mail, or by personal delivery to Buildingstars' office.
The key provision is that notices can be sent to Buildingstars' office "or at such other address as designated in accordance with this Section." This implies that Buildingstars can officially designate a different address for receiving notices, and franchisees would be required to send notices to that new address once it has been properly designated.
This flexibility is important for franchisees because it ensures that official communications reach the appropriate party within Buildingstars, even if the company's headquarters or designated contact person changes. It is crucial for a franchisee to stay informed of any changes to the official notice address to maintain proper communication and comply with the terms of the franchise agreement. Franchisees should confirm the exact procedure for address designation with Buildingstars to ensure compliance.
