What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Buff City Soap Franchise Disclosure Document, all franchisees are required to use the Appointedd Solution. Buff City Soap has a master agreement with SALOCA LTD for the use of their online booking platform, Appointedd Solution. As part of the Buff City Soap System Standards, all franchisees must use this solution in connection with the operation of their Buff City Soap Makeries.
Prior to being granted access to the Appointedd Solution, franchisees must acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions associated with its use. This requirement ensures uniformity and compliance with the brand's standards across all franchise locations.
Buff City Soap also requires franchisees to use Woven Brands, LLC procedures and shared links tool. Franchisees must comply with the terms and conditions of Woven Brands, LLC. This acknowledgement is required before the franchisee is granted access to the services.
