  • (6) Franchisor shall have the right, and Landlord consents to allow Franchisor, to enter the Premises during hours when the Premises is available for tenant entry to make any modification or alteration necessary to protect the Makery, the System and Proprietary Marks or to cure any default under the Franchise Agreement, or under the Lease, without being guilty of trespass or any other crime or tort.
