What is the registration number for the BUFF CITY SOAP trademark?

According to Buff City Soap's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the registration number for the BUFF CITY SOAP trademark is 5,399,187. The trademark was registered on February 13, 2018. Buff City Soap indicates that the Franchise Agreement grants the franchisee the right to operate a Franchised Business under the Marks. Holdings has registered the marks with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) on the Principal Register.

Buff City Soap also owns other trademarks, including SOAP MAKERY, with registration number 5,654,077, registered January 15, 2019, as well as several other trademarks registered between February 23, 2021 and October 29, 2024. All required affidavits have been filed, and no renewals have yet been required for any of the trademarks.

Buff City Soap states that it has a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use and sublicense the Marks. If the trademark license agreement is terminated, Holdings has the right to require franchisees to stop using the Marks and the System. The franchisee must notify Buff City Soap immediately of any apparent infringement or challenge to its use of any Mark or other intellectual property.
